George Town

We are in George Town now and made it in time for the Family Regatta. There are close to 400 cruisers in Elizabeth harbor and lots to do.

The bridge to enter Victoria Lake and the dinghy docks.

The ever-important mail boats.

Islanders enjoying the races.

The festival that goes with the races. There are about 30 stands selling food and drinks.

One of the local race boats after a race.

Another larger class race boat.

One of the locals threw a line to this boat and missed so he jumped in and swam the line over.

One of the races.

One of the stands making conch salad.

This is a sunset from our cockpit.
