As of now, we are still in George Town, Great Exuma. The weather is finally shifting so we can move on. We plan to venture out to the far Bahamas, known as the "Out Islands". These are the first "land" islands that Columbus saw in 1492. They are not visited as much as the other islands (cays) so internet connection, if possible at all, will be less likely. It may be awhile before we can update the blog.
This is J&K computer shop. It is the best internet connection that we've found in town. In fact, this "building" is the best connection that we've found so far in the Bahamas. Now you can appreciate it when we say that communication with the outside world is difficult at best.
This is what a reef looks like, the dark ominous area in the water. Hitting one will ruin your day for sure and this is why most of the time you sail during the day in good light. Carolyn calls them "BLACK HOLES".
This is a beautiful little jelly fish. We have no idea what kind but it was in the water near the dinghy dock in George Town.

You have to look closely to see a couple of kids in the water and to the right a dolphin. There were 3 dolphins that played with the children for about an hour then left.
