Moondance is a 27 ft. Albin Vega sailboat built in Sweden in 1979. Several have circumnavigated the globe, but our plan is to start with a circumnavigation of the Gulf of Mexico and Caribbean Sea. This is to be a 3 year cruise with no time schedules other than having Moondance in or near a safe habor during hurricane season.

Hey robert & Carolyn. Finally got an account set up so I can comment back to you. Zoe loved the picture of Carolyn...she just wondered what C was wearing. I think she expected swim suits. Anyhow, happy sailing. We'll be able to keep in touch with you now...more or less. Gotta run, will type at ya later.

Hi guys,
Glad everything went OK for you. We're still in Offatts Bayou. The fuel injection pump is leaking diesel. So I've been working on it. Hopefully I'll have the leak stopped tomorrow.
We're having Thanksgiving dinner at Luby's.
We're getting real good at getting the dingy and outboard on & off Zephia. Lots of walking - carrying groceries and diesel. Poor Galveston sure is trashed.
Where did you guys anchor or stay after you left Galveston? I tried calling Steve's Landing and Stingerees - but couldn't get any good information. We'll probably leave here this weekend or early next week.
